Delivery Information

Delivery days are Monday to Friday 09.00am-17.00pm. 

Typical delivery times are:

    3 to 5 working days within UK

    7 to 10 working days to Europe

Most items are despatched within 2-3 days, and if delivery is likely to take longer than this, we will let you know before we process your payment.  Smaller items are shipped using Royal Mail's first-class delivery, and larger items are sent using a reputable courier.   Please note picking and packing may take longer in our busier periods.

Postcodes:

Unfortunately, some postcodes will incur an extra charge. This includes the Scottish Highlands and Islands, and offshore postcodes.

If your postcode falls within these areas, we will contact you to ensure the correct delivery charges have been applied before dispatching your goods.  If you are unsure of the postal charge for your postcode, please contact us on info@sonaspowerproducts.com we will provide further guidance.

Delivery Outside of the UK:

Shipping outside of the UK is possible, however this will incur extra fees including custom charges. Please email us at info@sonaspowerproducts.com for more specific information regarding these charges. 

Large & Fragile Orders:

Some items we sell are either extremely large or delicate, such as solar panels, and will have their own shipping class under “Large items/Fragile”.  These will come either via a fragile service or palletised to ensure they are delivered safely.

Large/Fragile Shipping Charges start from £36.95 incl VAT to UK Mainland.

Pallet Deliveries:

Pallet deliveries will be classed as doorstep deliveries. This is due to most pallet delivery drivers not being insured to assist on moving the pallet indoors, removing products from the pallet and removing and disposal of packaging (incl pallet).

Damaged Items:

Please check your goods carefully when they arrive and tell the courier immediately if they are damaged. If you sign to say that the goods were received in good order, we cannot subsequently accept liability for damaged sustained in transit.

If you have received the wrong goods:

We do our very best not to make mistakes, but if things do go wrong, please let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to put it right. 

You will need to obtain a returns number by contacting us on info@sonaspowerproducts.com and return the goods to us.   Once we have received the goods we will despatch the correct order.  Items must be returned to us unopened and in perfect condition.

Faulty Items:

If the items you receive are faulty, please contact us as soon as possible within 14 days of delivery. DO NOT return the item to us without contacting us first on info@sonaspowerproducts.com. 

Where possible, we will run through diagnostics by email or phone.

If you do need to return a faulty item, you will need to obtain a returns number from us.  

If it is faulty and within warranty, we will refund the cost of the goods or send a replacement at our discretion.  

IF AN ITEM IS RETURNED TO US BUT IS FOUND TO NOT BE FAULTY, YOU WILL BE LIABLE FOR POSTAGE IF YOU WISH US TO RETURN IT TO YOU.
